We are looking for Intern/ Junior HR Specialist for our HR Department in Istanbul, Turkey.

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Psychology
  • At least 1+ years work experience in a field of HR, focusing on HR partnering, payroll, recruitment and employee relations, is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures, preferably within a multi-cultural environment and with/through all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to analyse data and/or situation, maintain high accuracy and work quality standards, demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish rapport, credibility and drive results
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated and dedicated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good command of Microsoft office programmes (SAP Success Factors knowledge is a plus)

İŞ TANIMI

  • Provide HR support service mainly on HR Administration, Recruitment & Induction, Employee Engagement, Payroll and Employee Relations
  • Appropriately support day-to-day HR administration ensuring service excellence and full legal compliance on Employee matters, e.g. employment certificates, social, pension and health fund reports, official statistics and other official documentation.
  • Provide support monthly payroll process working closely with HR Deputy Manager, external Payroll Provider and transfer appropriate data to Finance Team. Collect and maintain necessary data (payable bonuses, sick leave, vacation data, Overtime information) from Line Managers to complete the payroll file. Assist Employees to ensure understanding of monthly payment.
  • Ensure all documents are completed during the Vetting/Re-vetting process; necessary data are confirmed during the recruiting process but no later than the end of probation period. Support HR Deputy Manager and guide Line Managers if they seek help completing the process.
  • Support reparing all necessary documents during Joining and Exit formalities, ensure internal communication, prepare offer letters and contracts, run Induction relevant to HR issues, policies and rules.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling process, and assist organizing on-boarding.
  • Maintain employee personal files both electronically and paper based. Ensure that all data are up to date, ready to make reports anytime.
  • Provide support for employees who require advice on employment rights, changes to terms and conditions.
