QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

YKK was established in Japan in 1934 and now operates in 72 countries. YKK Turkey is the largest organizational structure of the EMEA region which produces textile accessories such as zipper, button and etc. There are five offices under the umbrella of YKK Turkey which are Istanbul, Çerkezköy (Factory), İzmir Branch, Kazakhstan Rep. Office, Bulgaria Rep. Office.

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant Specialist to join us in our Maslak Office. The scope of responsibility is broad and spans more than one area of functional specialization within the human resources function, such as recruitment, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, etc.


WHAT IT TAKES

  • Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related fields,
  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist role,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle, learning & development, organizational planning, employee engagement.
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,
  • Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,
  • Knowledge of labor law and practices of Turkey is a plus,
  • Must have completed the military service for male candidates,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,


YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF

  • Being responsible for all operations in HR functions such as recruitment, learning & development performance management, employee engagement activities, etc.
  • Developing strong relations between the company and employees,
  • Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,
  • Facilitating HR-related training, and employee engagement activities,
  • Driving company culture through company values, internal policies & procedures
  • Implementing, integrating and developing learning and development programs,
  • Conducting performance evaluation processes and reporting,
  • Involving in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,
  • Being responsible for social compliance issues.
