Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or related disciplines,
Maximum 2 years of experience in Human Resources,
Preferably experience in all functions of HR – Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Development, Employee Communication and Project Management,
Good knowledge of local labour laws, in addition havingpayroll process exprerience is a plus,
Excellent written and verbal communication of English (There will be a test in the interview),
Cooperative, creative, analytic, team player and people oriented,
Good planning, organizing and communication skills,
Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner,
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel Program),
