QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or related disciplines,
  • Maximum 2 years of experience in Human Resources,
  • Preferably experience in all functions of HR – Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Development, Employee Communication and Project Management,
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws, in addition having payroll process exprerience is a plus,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication of English (There will be a test in the interview),
  • Cooperative, creative, analytic, team player and people oriented,
  • Good planning, organizing and communication skills,
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner,
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel Program),
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking active role in Performance Management, Orientation, Training, Organizational Development and Recruitment,
  • Support Compensation & Benefit process in related areas,
  • Developing and implementing various HR procedures and policies in the company,
  • Preparing related reports and analyzing HR Metrics,
  • Administering Human Resources standards and government regulations,
  • To analyze training needs and develop appropriate training solutions,
  • Building annual training programs and preparing teaching plans.
