QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Minimum 2-3 years recruitment experience especially technology, marketing, finance departments, within a corporate/in-house or recruitment agency environment,
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of Head Office roles.
  • Interviewing and assessing Candidates, using reliable and valid techniques,
  • Working closely with departmant leaders to forecast hiring needs,
  • Developing the company's employer brand and strategy.
  • Partnering with business teams to support HR strategies and drive its execution.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Good command of English
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
  • Multitask
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and used to work under pressure,
  • Written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and reporting aspects are strong.
