As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll be responsible for a wide-range of roles and be part of Employer Branding Projects. This is a unique opportunity to join in a highly successful, global lifestyle brand Mavi a true business partner and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- You will own the full cycle recruiting including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and administrative components,
- Generate high volume, solid and quality pipeline of candidates for all roles under tight deadlines,
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, networking events employee referrals and employees,
- Effectively manage the hiring process and provide a positive candidate experience,
- Manage strategic relationships with all level stakeholders
- Build strong relationship with universities, make market research, follow up new HR trends,
- Take active role in employer-branding initiatives,
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events,
- Prepare, and present KPI reports for direct reports and managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree,
- 2-5 years full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods,
- Ability to maintain consistent follow-up with key candidates, managers, and sourcing partners,
- Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment,
- Strong organizational skills following with high level of initiative with the ability to act with a sense of urgency,
- In-depth sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources,
- Ability to multi task and work on several assignment simultaneously,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
