QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Talent Acquision and Recruiment Manager to join our team!
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- 5+ years of talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruiting experience, preferably in service and hospitality sector with a creative approach to sourcing, including field visits,
- Strong process orientation with the goal of implementing or developing best practices into the talent acquisition function,
- Experience in candidate tracking systems implementation,
- Experience in Employer Branding and Employee Experience is an asset,
- Able to self-motivate and take initiative with strong organization skills,
- Excellent in team work, communication and interpersonal skills,
- Expert level use of Power Point and other presentation tools,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish.
Job Description- Develop selection criteria, sourcing strategies, create a network of search partners for blue and white collar employees,
- Review job descriptions, define position requirements and establish competency evaluation models and aptitude tests both for blue collar and white collar employees,
- Perform search and selection assignments for white collar employees,
- Review hiring processes and procedures, define recruitment and candidate experience key metrics with senior management,
- Establish applicant tracking systems,
- Train, develop and support hiring managers to perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications,
- Build and lead employer branding activities through partnership with Universities, Technical Schools and Talent Platforms, proactively build candidate pipelines ,
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned business areas.
