QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Organizational Development Executive for our business partner, one of the leading firms in Turkey.

Job Description

  • Designing and implementing an effective performance management system that meets company goals.

  • To be responsible for the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.

  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the head of HR.

  • To define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals with the head of HR

  • In coordination with the head of HR , drive annual salary increase and bonus guideline process with Department Heads.

  • To participate and conduct organizational structuring and restructuring of the company.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, master’s degree in HR is an asset.

  • Five years of organizational development experience and at least one year of management experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.

  • Proven effective management skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs or related software.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.

  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
