QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Organizational Development Executive for our business partner, one of the leading firms in Turkey.
Job Description
Designing and implementing an effective performance management system that meets company goals.
To be responsible for the job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the head of HR.
To define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals with the head of HR
In coordination with the head of HR , drive annual salary increase and bonus guideline process with Department Heads.
To participate and conduct organizational structuring and restructuring of the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related fields, master’s degree in HR is an asset.
Five years of organizational development experience and at least one year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
Proven effective management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs or related software.
Strong presentation skills.
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations.
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
