HR Business Partner İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will handle all HR activities for head office account. Job description is as below;

• To work alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects
• Being responsible to deliver value-added actions, managing and resolving employee relations issues
  
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  
• Managing day-to-day HR processes
• Assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs
  
• Delivering HR support to the business (both operational and strategic)
  
• BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
• 5-7 years experience in Human Resources, with Retail Sector experiences preferable
  
• Min 3 years of work experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Roles
  
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good research and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
• Fluent in English
