Summary

The Human Resources Assistant Manager; carries out the management and reporting of the Human Resources processes in line with the company’s strategies and goals. It reports all processes related to its job to the “Human Resources Manager”


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing Human Resources processes and making the necessary reporting in line with company goals,
  • Implementation and management of related processes such as legal processes, recruitment processes and disciplinary regulations regarding Blue & White collar management.


We are looking for candidates with the following background;

  • Graduated from the bachelor / master degree departments of universities,
  • At least 5 years of experience in the management of Human Resources processes (recruitment, training, wage management, payroll, etc.) and at least 3 years in the management of HR Teams,
  • Experience in ideally in the transportation sector,
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, successful in team management,
  • Knowledgeable about SGK legislation, Labor Law practices and legal obligations,
  • Analytical perspective, solution and result oriented,
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written),
  • Good command of MS Office programs, preferably SAP knowledge,
  • Strong verbal and written skills, able to communicate effectively,
  • Open to innovations, constantly improving itself,
