QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HR MANAGER

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager , the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

· Analyzes trends and metrics and collaborates with leadership team to develop new approaches to improve upon meeting business objectives, productivity and people development;

· Taking a hands-on approach and successfully monitoring the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

· Works closely with business managers to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention;

· Providing International HR Administration and continual monitoring of employee files

· Professional support for International HR/employee related issues and organizational development including legal issues;

· Partnering with the other business departments to deliver recruitment strategy, hiring plan, candidate sourcing and offer approvals;

· Conduct of an annual review of talent pool and succession planning,management of top talent retention and identification.

· Audit payroll documents for employees

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant programmes such as sociology,psychology,human resources management, BA, economy, endustrial engineering, ect..

· 3+ years of Human Resources Manager experience. (Having experience at Online Marketing & Sales companies is.a big PLUS)

· Very good command of English and MS Office programmes

· Able to use LUCA programme is a big PLUS

· Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills

· Having knowledge of the legislation on SGK and Labor Law at the application level.

· Constructing and managing contemporary and innovative recruitment strategies,target based organizational structuring, strategic functions of human resources such as performance management, talent and career management,

· Experienced in structuring and executing training and development practices in line with company strategies,

· Participated in the processes of employee job analysis and job descriptions.

· Experienced in doing payroll, SGK processes and paying salary and employee benefits
