- University degree in relevant academic disciplines,
- Significant HR experience gained at a business partner / HR generalist level,
- Involvement with talent management processes,
- Familarity with project management methodologies,
- Eager to learn and grow and a firm believer of continuous self-development,
- Team player with effective communication skills,
- Ability and desire to coach and develop others,
- Excellent command of English,
- Active driver with no travel restriction.
- Partner the organization with HR related topics on a strategic level,
- First point of contact of all HR related inquiries and provide an exceptional service for internal customers,
- Implement and execute all HR processes in respective organization,
- Take an active role in projects with the aim of designing HR processes,
- Coach and guide business stakeholders.
