We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist/Manager” who will add value with his/her dynamism and field knowledge to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, (Business Administration, Engineering etc.)
  • 3-8 years of experience in HR (Talent acquisition, OD, performance management, learning&development),
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Turkish,
  • Excellent command of Ms Office applications,
  • Preferably with experience in the energy and mining sectors,
  • Strong communications and organizational skills,
  • Adapting quickly to dynamic and flexible corporate culture,
  • Strong ability to analyze, reporting and follow up, attention to detail and flawless working,
  • Competent in data-driven decision making and convincing,
  • No restriction for travelling.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIBTION

  • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle in ODAŞ Group and companies,
  • Following up and controlling the company's workforce plan,
  • Making job analyzes when its necessary, updating job descriptions,
  • Focusing on the employer brand projects to strenght raise the awareness of the brand,
  • Coordinating employee onboarding processes and supporting employee engagement projects,
  • Reviewing and revising related procedures,
  • Following the HR trends, best practices, new technologies, making improvement and development that will increase the efficiency of the HR systems,
  • Supporting the Performance Management System (OKR), being responsible of management and supporting/coaching managers/employees,
  • Responsible for learning & development activities; organizing training programs in line with company strategy,
  • Coordination and tracking of visas, work permits and expatriation requirements,
  • Actively participating in all HR projects,
  • Preparing preodical related reports and analyzing HR.
