We are in need of a Senior IT Recruiter for our growing HR team!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related departments,
- 4+ years of work experience in Technical Recruitment,
- Manage the entire recruiting processes,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Effective use of career portals to identify great talent,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job Description:
- Building excellent relationships with candidates and clients in IT industry,
- Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage,
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships,
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each client,
- Sourcing candidates via networking and advertising.
