We are currently seeking a “IT Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist“.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in related fields,
- Min. 2 year of experience as a IT Recruiter (IT consulting experience will be an asset),
- To be competent in human relations, communication and organization,
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize,
- Good communication skills,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Candidates living in Istanbul Anatolia are prefered.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences,
- Publish job advertisements via career portals,
- Updates the candidates' database systems as required,
- Conduct all recruitment search process via related tools,
- Screen and filter job applications and make phone interviews with candidates,
- Organize interview plans with business team,
- Record and report recruitment lists.
