You are interested in a contractor role in a remote working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal referrals, external job boards, niche sites, etc.
Mainly source for passive candidates and also active ones for assigned searches
Collaborate with hiring manager and HR team to move candidates along the selection and hiring process
Manage interviews with candidates and hiring managers using traditional scheduling tools and our ATS – Trakstar
Follow established processes designed to ensure candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process meet a high standard level of communication, courtesy and follow up
Proactively recruiting to build a solid talent pipeline for future vacancies
Manage candidate offer negotiation process
Successfully sell our employer value proposition to candidates throughout the hiring process
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in a technical recruitment,preferably experienced in software engineering/development recruitment processes
Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships
Proficiency in English is a must
Organized, proactive, and a strong attention to detail
We move fast and you need to be able to catch up and push us forward
Knowledge of current IT technologies and trends
Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent
Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
