QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist for our head office in İstanbul/Beylerbeyi who will be reporting to HR Manager and assigned to the following tasks;
QUALIFICATIONS:
· University degree in a related department,
· At least 3 years of experience in recruitment function of hr,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
· Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
· Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational skills,
· Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks,
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills,
· No military obligation for male candidates,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process; job posting, screening, interviews, technical exams, evaluation. Co-ordinate third party search and selection companies and follow up the process,
· Responsible for preparing and updating organization charts,
· Prepare periodical (monthly, quarterly and annually) and adhoc HR reports,
· Work closely with all departments as a solution partner,
· Following the processes up to the candidate's starting date, making recruitment announcements,
