- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Good at human relations and verbal & written communication,
- Ability to adapt dynamic work environment.
Job Description;
- Conducting HR processes, (recruitment, orientation, performance,)
- Conducting studies to increase employee engagement, managing employee relations and communication,
- Planning and monitoring the training and development processes to ensure perfect customer satisfaction,
- Playing an active role in new projects within the scope of HR process management.
