We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our People Experience Team to find superheroes and rockstars :)
You will,
Manage the recruitment process for Sales, Customer Success, and other teams
Looking for the best recruitment solutions, thinking outside the box about what we can do better and more to attach new talents,
Create a great Candidate Experience for the candidates in all the stages
Leading onboardings and making the new members feel at home from the very first day.
Plus you will take part in other local (and global) HR projects!
If you,
have experience in conducting recruitment processes - you had the opportunity to hire in sales, customer service, and marketing departments,
are really creative about candidate sourcing
are fluent in English
think with solutions, and you like numbers as well as people,
think results are more important to you than tasks,
