QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Founded in 1999 to offer office workers the meal card solution for their lunch needs, our company became the subsidiary of the French Up Group in 2010, transforming into Multinet Up - a financial technology group serving in many different fields. As part of Multinet Up, iPara is Turkey’s first fintech initiative and electronic money company, offering businesses a virtual payment infrastructure. Our subsidiaryininal proposes payment solutions for unbanked individuals. Finally,inventiv, our technocity company created in 2016, combines IT and R&D activities in areas such as card/cardless payment methods, mobile payment, mobile application and cyber security solutions.

Our understanding of an economy without borders has made us the only company with a non-bank payment system in the Turkish Fintech Ecosystem for 4 years.

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team with the following qualifications:


Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 4 years’ working experience in Human Resources, 1+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle preferably in tech business
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and results-oriented environment


Job Description:


  • Ensuring all recruitment and selection activities for the business units, e.g.; job posting, candidate search, interview organizations, interviewing, etc
  • Being responsible for orientation and the onboarding process of the new hires by creating onboarding schedules and tools
  • Using a combination of recruiting techniques and multiple sources, network, LinkedIn and other recruitment tools to evaluate and hire top tier talent
  • Assisting with development and implementation of human resources projects; e.g.; performance management, talent management
  • Preparing related reports and analyzing HR
