QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Soycan Group of Companies carries out trade activities in national and intercontinental scale with its 13 companies in Turkey, United States, United Kingdom Bulgaria, Ukraine and Belarus operating in logistics, international trade, automotive, forest products and food-livestock sectors.
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist for our company located in İstanbul-Ataşehir. This position will report to HR Director
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS;
- Graduated from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments of universities
- At least 4 years experience as a Recruiter for both local and international positions
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
- Able to take responsibility in multiple tasks and projects
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem solving skills
- Preferably experienced in Assessment Center applications and competency-based interviews
- High self-awareness and learning agility,
- No military obligation for male candidates .
JOB DESCRIPTION ;
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions,
- Display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews;
- Develop sourcing plans, screen candidates resume, attract top talents, build competency-based interview plans for a variety of roles, manage reference checks and job offers, follow up onboarding process and exit interviews etc.
- Manages the candidates' orientation process
- Maintains a candidate database and prepare various reports to HR Director on a regular basis
- Supporting of operational processes of HR practices related to Organisational Development, Training, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits systems etc.
- Carrying out employer branding activities
