Qualifications ;
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related field
Ø Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting required
Ø Headhunter experience is a plus
Ø Preferably experienced in Assessment Center, Personality Inventory tools,
Ø Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
Ø Experienced in competency-based interviews,
Ø Familiarity with HR trends and processes,
Ø Effective communication, presentation and reporting skills,
Ø Able to work within a team environment.

Ø Manage the full end to end recruitment cycle of related accounts
Ø Implementing general ability and personality tests, making a competency-based interview with candidates
Ø Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
Ø Publishing of job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting for the positions that are critical and needs to be done fast
Ø Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
Ø Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs
Ø Managing the recruitment database
Ø Preparing recruitment reports and presantations
Ø Manage the best candidate experience based on recruitment strategies
