Qualifications:

•Bachelor degree in related fields

•Excellent command of English both written and spoken

•Minimum 3 year experience in talent management,recruitment,performance management and learning&development

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Excellent ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment

•Strong interpersonal andcommunicationskills,result oriented


Job Description:

•To be a strategic partner for development and retention of talent,performance and career management.

•Be the first contact to create positive change and proactively resolve daily employee issues.

•Give support the HR BP Manager to develop, manage, direct and control the talent & development HR function achieving the most effective use of human resources to support business growth

•Manage projects that are aimed to enhance employee engagement

•To sustain local and certified training agenda.

•Advise, challenge, coach and support employeespeople-related processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)

•To manage yearly HR processes such as Employee Opinion Survey,Leaderhip Profile Assessment.
