QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or any similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Experienced in setting up the whole system,
- Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively
- An open minded critical thinker as well as analytic and data-based decision maker
- Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, presentation and organizational skills
- Good command of English
Job Description:
- Participate in design and deliver of HR and OD strategies, processes, systems, and projects
- To evaluate, analyze and follow up headcount demands
- Designing organization structures in detail on function basis, to create the charts, to ensure information is always up to date,
- To prepare job analysis of all positions for existing & new structures in the organization and update the job descriptions
- Develop methods for HR KPI reporting and HR analytics
