We are looking for a “Recruitment Specialist” with 1-year contract for our business partner operating digital media industry with the qualifications below;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience,
- Knowledge and experience in different recruitment portals,
- Fluent in English is a must,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment
Job Description
- Preparing and posting job advertisements to the portals,
- Screening applicant resumes,
- Executing proactive pool searches and managing recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company,
- Performing behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews both in English and Turkish to assess candidate qualifications,
- Providing strong candidate experience and information for managers at all stages of the recruitment process
