QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Recruitment Specialist” with 1-year contract for our business partner operating digital media industry with the qualifications below;


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience,
  • Knowledge and experience in different recruitment portals,
  • Fluent in English is a must,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment


Job Description

  • Preparing and posting job advertisements to the portals,
  • Screening applicant resumes,
  • Executing proactive pool searches and managing recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company,
  • Performing behavioral, competency and skill-based interviews both in English and Turkish to assess candidate qualifications,
  • Providing strong candidate experience and information for managers at all stages of the recruitment process
