The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for;
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals, maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking,
- Conducting the interviews with candidates,
- Developing and managing client relationships and providing market knowledge and advice to employers.
- University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in search & selection processes,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Positive and effective team-player with strong communication skills,
- Customer orientation,
- Time Management and follow up skills,
- Eager to learn and develop,
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
