QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in related fields
At least 5 years working experiences in Human Resources area
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong communication skills and good teamwork skills
Analytic, solution and result oriented,
Knowledge of MS Office,
Residing / will reside in İstanbul-Asia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, develop sourcing plans, screen candidates resume, attract top talents, build competency-based interview plans for a variety of roles, manage reference checks and job offers, follow up onboarding process,
Taking active resposibilities in Training such as creating and actualizing Training programmes, preparing traning documents & training reports,
Taking active responsibilities in Industrial Relations such as conducting disciplinary issues complying with the Labour Law and Collective Bargaining Agreement
Preparing Human Resources related reports.
