QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in one of related fields
- At least 4 years experience in the field of human resources, specially in recruitment and training & development,
- Good command of English
- Having social competence, strong communication skills
- Eager to learn and develop himself and others
- High energy and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment,
- Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills
- Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
- Have customer, quality, process and result driven approach
- Professional knowledge of MS Applications such as excel and power point
İŞ TANIMI
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment process for white collar roles
- Assist in the onboarding process and orientation programs for new employees
- Take an active role in conducting research of the strategic HR and new trends/programs that can be applicable for the organization
- Develop and maintain a positive employee relation environment and conduct customer oriented approach at all levels
- Organize and follow-up the training and development programs in-cooperation with line managers
- Identify and report open areas for improvement
- Follow up and keep update the Human Resources documents, regulations, procedures, policies etc.
- Carry out job analysis, job classification, job descriptions
