We are searching for great "recruiter /consultant" for engineering division , who're ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.
- University degree,
- good command of English,
- minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment industry and/or in B2B sales function,
- engineering industry knowledge,
- Innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities,
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
- Good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn.
A day in the life of a recruiter/consultant is like,
- Developing and maintaining a customer database,
- Making sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)
- Following up on recruitment activities,
- Conducting phone interviews,
- Managing research processes,
- Organize face to face interviews.
