QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Griffin Consultancy is searching for a Recruitment Consultant who will mainly be responsible for supporting all ongoing recruitment processes as well as taking charge in individual projects;
- Bachelor’s Degree or/and Master’s Degree from a reputable university,
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy firm,
- Financial literacy is a strong asset,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Advanced in English,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Demonstrated success as a team player.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and supporting recruitment activities,
- Conducting resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with candidates,
- Managing reference check process,
- Contributing the expansion of the company's client portfolio,
- Contributing the development of the company's social media accounts.
