QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Griffin Consultancy is searching for a Recruitment Consultant who will mainly be responsible for supporting all ongoing recruitment processes as well as taking charge in individual projects;

  • Bachelor’s Degree or/and Master’s Degree from a reputable university,
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy firm,
  • Financial literacy is a strong asset,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Advanced in English,
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Demonstrated success as a team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and supporting recruitment activities,
  • Conducting resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with candidates,
  • Managing reference check process,
  • Contributing the expansion of the company's client portfolio,
  • Contributing the development of the company's social media accounts.
