We are looking for an "International Recruitment and Career Management Specialist" with the following qualifications for our global and multinational client operating in retail sector.
- Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of International Head Office employees, country offices, and Store Management roles,
- Implementing general ability and personality tests, making a competency-based interview with candidates,
- Executing internal promotion programs for international operation and coordinating with Country HR team,
- Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
- Publishing of job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting for positions of critical and needs to be done fast,
- Being pro-active with the ability to prioritize, work with minimal control and direction and above all be able to communicate effectively with senior managers and staff at all levels,
- Developing and managing the company’s employer brand,
- Attending job fairs and participating in other on-campus recruitment opportunities,
- Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
- Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
- Providing regularly various recruiting reports to management
Education & Language Skills
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal)
Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3 years of experience a similar background preferably international recruiting experience,
- Experienced in competency-based interviews, personality inventories and general ability tests,
- Experienced in project management,
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment,
- Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
