QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Job

  • Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of his/her related accounts
  • Implementing general ability and personality tests, making a competency-based interview with candidates
  • Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
  • Publishing of job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting for positions of critical and needs to be done fast
  • Being pro-active with the ability to prioritize, be able to communicate effectively with managers and staff at all levels
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
  • Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs
  • Managing the recruitment database
  • Preparing recruitment reports
  • Providing company culture and competency-based trainings to company employees
  • Execution of operational processes in training and recruitment processes


The Person

  • University degree
  • Proficiency in English; both written & verbal
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience with a similar background
  • Experienced in competency-based interviews
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced and global environment
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
  • Have an effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Have strong organization, planning and follow-up direction
  • High customer focus
  • Prone to teamwork and open to development
  • Has analytical thinking competence
