GENEL NİTELİKLER

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree or/and Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field,
· Min 3 years working experience in HR, (Multinational firm experience is preferred)
· Excellent command of English,
· Good knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel,
· Strong Project management skills,
· Excellent communication skills,
· Strong teamwork / collaboration skills,
· Has a clear vision of career goals,

· Residing in Istanbul-European side is preferred,

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Prepare and post job advertisements,
· Selects candidates and review resume, identifying those having the basic qualifications for the job,
· Conducting face to face competency based interviews,
· Reference check process,
· Prepare monthly/weekly reports,
· Helping the processes of reporting and employees relationship.
