We are looking for a ''Talent Acquisition Partner” for our global client about insurance sector in İstanbul with the following skills and the qualifications:


· Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
  • Ability to work in high working tempo,
  • Strong communication and social skills,
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Strong understanding and ability to attract, search and hire in all levels of the organization from entry level to managerial roles.


· Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruiting process; including research, building pipelines for critical skills, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview and offers.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business objectives to provide external insights on the talent market and to develop sourcing & hiring strategy.
  • Work as partner with local and global internal teams to executive recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leadership on the demands to meet overall business targets.
  • Identify and implement suitable and innovative sourcing strategies for the key roles that support to strengthen talent pipeline
  • Support company’s diversity and inclusion strategies and use sources to attract diverse top Talent.
  • Utilize hiring data to provide insights and recommendations to the business related to the recruitment process.
