Job Description:

  • Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of all level of employees,
  • Making use of competency based interview techniques such as interviews, personality tests, cognitive ability tests, case studies, and reference checks,
  • Preparation of regular HR reports and presentations,
  • Preparing and posting of job advertisements,
  • Supporting University activities and projects – START Young Talent Project.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • University degree from related deparments,
  • Good level oral and written communication skills in English,
  • Professional knowledge of MS Applications,
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
  • Self-disciplined and self-starter,
  • Attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills,
  • Willing to have a career in the field of Human Resources,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
