Job Description:
- Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of all level of employees,
- Making use of competency based interview techniques such as interviews, personality tests, cognitive ability tests, case studies, and reference checks,
- Preparation of regular HR reports and presentations,
- Preparing and posting of job advertisements,
- Supporting University activities and projects – START Young Talent Project.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- University degree from related deparments,
- Good level oral and written communication skills in English,
- Professional knowledge of MS Applications,
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
- Self-disciplined and self-starter,
- Attention to detail and accuracy,
- Excellent communication and organizational skills,
- Willing to have a career in the field of Human Resources,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
