We're looking for a HRBP to be part of our Human Resources department located in İstanbul.
Qualifications
- University or master degree in relevant fields (Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology and etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent, career management)
- Business minded HR professional with a passion to be in the center of all HR related matters of his/her account
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic and result-oriented.
Job Description
Our successful candidate will be responsible from:
- Working with department heads and managers to understand the business needs
- Implementing people strategies and solutions that support business specific objectives
- Executing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development processes for his/her account
- Contributing to company performance by providing strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies
- Plans, organizes and executes all human resources activities in talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application
- Hands on management of end to end recruitment processes.
