How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - HR Business Partner (HQ) who will join our team at Human Resources Directorate.
- Establishing business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources function throughout the company, conducting search & selection and training processes,
- Taking an active role in Human Resources Planning and Performance Management processes,
- Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects,
- Managing development planning and training processes,
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, and employer branding processes.
