Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to build effective partnerships and be a team player
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills
- Able to take responsibility in multiple projects and willing to execute the vision of the company's management
- No restriction for travelling
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Able to locate in Istanbul
Job Description
We are looking for a team member for;
- Assisting recruitment and selection process for international offices,
- Responsible for implementing HR objectives and policies to international offices in accordance with The Company Headquarter standards and strategies,
- Preparing necessary HR reports,
- Providing consultancy and support to the line managers regarding HR systems, processes, policies, organizational structure and design,
- Building trusted relationships with leaders in international offices.
