QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment preferably in a multi national environment
- Experience in Logistics is an asset
- Advanced knowledge both in written and verbal English is a must
- Efficiency in MS Office Programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Being responsible of all HR recruitment processesfor a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Creating and publishing job ads in portals
- Collaborating with managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screening resumes and job applications
- Conducting phone / online interviews to create shortlists
- Making interviews of candidates when needed in-person
