We are looking for a temporary "Global HR Expert" to one of a leading global manufacturer of household appliances.
The Global HR Expert will also responsible of key global HR policies and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide global team with all the HR support needed on various topics such as C&B, performance management, training & development, etc.,
• Coordinate the project management appraisal,
• Take a responsibility in HR implementation of global requirement,
• Handle specific global HR projects,
• Work and communicate effectively with the other HR team members.
Requirements
• University Degree level or equivalent,
• Strong experience in project management,
• At least 4 years of HR experience,
• Recognized HR qualifications,
• Experienced in an international organization,
• Very good command in English,
• Open to have a temporary role for a year.
