QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Act as HR Manager for company's Operations across the Business Group geographical area, working closely with its Leaders and Country Managers,
  • Establish and develop effective win-win working relationships with Leaders, managers and employees through an environment that fosters trust, communication and co-operation,
  • Functional supervision of Country HR Managers or equivalent functions,
  • Lead the key recruitments in supported business / functions and provide timely solution,
  • Support business for adjustment plans (e.g. downsizing, etc),
  • Identify and propose learning and development action for key employees,
  • Actively support development of pragmatic HR practices, programs and process that enhance HR contribution to the business and develop functional efficiencies and ways of working,
  • Challenge the established organisational structure to drive superior performance and ensure alignment with Business Group business objectives and propose/implement change initiatives,
  • Lead talent identification / assessment / review / calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the development cycles, and implement key position succession planning and talent management plans,
  • Ensure efficient communication and coordination of HR activities in supported business / functions as well as of business needs to Corporate & Local HR,
  • Ensure implementation of cross country/Business Group HR processes/ Policies in supported business, advising / supporting local HR teams in their operative tasks (e.g. PDD, Salary Review),
  • Support M&A process/integration from an HR standpoint,
  • Actively participate in HR transversal and global initiatives (Talent, Learning, Development...),
  • Ensure consistency of job grades and salary structures across Business Group,
  • Ensure local Staff Regulations are up-to-date and aligned with local and Corporate rules,
  • Manage Employee Life cycle & Employee Relations (interface/partnership with local lawyers for instance).


General Qualifications

  • Master University degree. Master in HR or related field would be an advantage,
  • Sound understanding and experience of the business,
  • Strong adaptability to a fast changing environment, capacity to connect with various interlocutors (managers, employees, head-office) and solve issues,
  • 10+ years progressive experience in HR Generalist roles (including senior roles and management roles) in multinational companies,
  • International exposure and cross-cultural agility is a must - Exposure to BtoB services environments would be a plus,
  • Experience in leading specific HR processes and developing HR tools, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing,
  • Solid knowledge of change management, project management, employee life cycle activities, employee relations,
  • Fluent in English and Turkish. Russian a strong advantage.
