Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
At least 5 years of experienced in Human Resources processes, especially in Performance Management, Job Analysis, Salary and Budgeting,
Excellent command in English (both writing and speaking)
Highly motivated about digitalization,
Strong planning, reporting and analysing skills
Job Description
Supporting Human Resources processes in line with the aims and strategies of Mitsubishi Electric Turkey,
Building and developing 'Performance Management System' and providing continuity and connect feedbacks to the other functions of Human Resources by joints,
Coordinating 'Job Analysis' and providing feasibility of feedbacks,
Carrying out and improving 'Budget' process and preparing related reports.
