GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Sociology and related fields. (Master’s degree is preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Functions of organizational development, talent management and career planning.
- Expertise in Performance Management System is highly preferred.
- Good command of Succession Management to reach the business objectives with the right talent.
- Advanced level of English.
- MS Office user experience.
- High teamwork, communication and representational skills.
- Innovative and open for Improvement.
- Based in İstanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recommends interventions to address gaps in the organizational diagnosis
- Identifies units requiring review and/or responds to request from units for organizational review
- Evaluates and develops the organizational charts, job requirements and responsibilities.
- Responsible for Performance Management System and its development.
- Organizes and operates annual performance review sessions
- Designs long-term career development plans for talents by consulting unit heads.
- · Discusses career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- · Builds succession plans
- Analyzes employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Creates and updates qualification standards, competency identification and development tracking for different job families
- Performs in recruitment and selection process and necessary operations under the scope of integrated HR studies.
