GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Sociology and related fields. (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Functions of organizational development, talent management and career planning.
  • Expertise in Performance Management System is highly preferred.
  • Good command of Succession Management to reach the business objectives with the right talent.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • MS Office user experience.
  • High teamwork, communication and representational skills.
  • Innovative and open for Improvement.
  • Based in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Recommends interventions to address gaps in the organizational diagnosis
  • Identifies units requiring review and/or responds to request from units for organizational review
  • Evaluates and develops the organizational charts, job requirements and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for Performance Management System and its development.
  • Organizes and operates annual performance review sessions
  • Designs long-term career development plans for talents by consulting unit heads.
  • · Discusses career-pathing options with high-potential employees
  • · Builds succession plans
  • Analyzes employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
  • Creates and updates qualification standards, competency identification and development tracking for different job families
  • Performs in recruitment and selection process and necessary operations under the scope of integrated HR studies.
