QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments,
- Min. 3 years of HR experience,
- Having strong communication and writing skills in English,
- Having good knowledge of MS Office and digital applications,
- Having advanced reporting skills,
- Having SAP HR modules experience,
- Having a production industry experience is preferred,
- Military service must be completed for male candidates,
- Resident in İstanbul/Anatolian side.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Holding responsibility for key HR processes such as C&B, recruitment, training, HR digital tools management and internal communication activities
- Managing and implementing digital projects such as recruitment, onboarding processes and internal communication tools
- Ensuring the update information in all HR databases
- Giving support to payroll process
