QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Ensure that Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are carried out, applied and adopted for the departments the partner is responsible from
  • Plan the necessary Human Resources actions to increase the employee commitment and professional performance of the departments the partner is responsible from
  • Analyze, plan and execute the recruitment needs of the departments the partner is responsible from
  • Analyze the training needs in the organization, prepare annual training plan in direct proportion to the budget
  • Evaluate promotion, department and job change requests within the career management processes of the employees
  • Execute the performance evaluation process of the department the partner is responsible from efficiently, carry out related reporting
  • Support and organize events and projects to increase corporate culture and employee motivation
  • Play active role in the analysis and development projects related to all Human Resources systems


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of HR related experience,
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail and result oriented
  • Team player
