Ensure that Human Resources strategies, policies and processes are carried out, applied and adopted for the departments the partner is responsible from
Plan the necessary Human Resources actions to increase the employee commitment and professional performance of the departments the partner is responsible from
Analyze, plan and execute the recruitment needs of the departments the partner is responsible from
Analyze the training needs in the organization, prepare annual training plan in direct proportion to the budget
Evaluate promotion, department and job change requests within the career management processes of the employees
Execute the performance evaluation process of the department the partner is responsible from efficiently, carry out related reporting
Support and organize events and projects to increase corporate culture and employee motivation
Play active role in the analysis and development projects related to all Human Resources systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of HR related experience,
Excellent command of both verbal and written English
