What we expect ?

  • Minimum 5-7 years in HR department focused on recruitment of all levels of employees from entry level to Senior Leadership positions,
  • Should have recruitment experience in ICT industry (reputable recruitment and head-hunting company firm experience is a plus),
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines,
  • Confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach,
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment,
  • Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Strong communication skills both in in English and Turkish; including excellent presentation skills.

What you will be doing ?

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management,
  • Able to search candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal database, job ads, headhunting and networking,
  • Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles,
  • Perform behavioural, competency, and skill-based interviews both in English and Turkish to assess candidate qualifications against agreed upon position requirements and competencies,
  • Manage the recruitment process for current/possible roles with the scope of optimizing the quality, deadline and cost.
  • Counsel hiring managers on all aspects of the recruiting process,
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing process and strategies for active and future requisitions
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment policies and practices according to employee branding, agile methodologies and growth mind-set.
