QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Novel is an İstanbul based recruiting agency specialized on mid-management to senior executive level recruitment.
Our team has extensive knowledge and hands on experience in search&selection of various positions within a wide range of sectors and divisions (accounting, finance, IT, HR, marketing, sales etc.) enabling us to deliver high quality and efficient service to our clients.
Novel's office is located in Şişli, İstanbul. The position is remote.
We are looking for a Consultant with the qualifications below to join our team:

• University degree from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in recruitment, having experience in technical recruitment is a big plus
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Highly motivated to continue his/her career as a consultant,
• Ability to act as a team player,
• Has positive approach and good communication skills,
• Result oriented, quality focused,
• Willing and has potential for learning and development continously,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing projects assigned to him/her from beginning to end,
• Building good relations with the clients, making sure that client satisfaction is maximum,
• Fully understanding and well analyzing the unique needs of the customers in accordance with the job descriptions,
• Performing search/selection activities, evaluating the candidates, making right-fit analyses,
• Making interviews, preparing candidate profile reports,
• Completing the reference check process, making offers on behalf of clients,
