Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
Minimum 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
Strong communication skills,
Analytical thinking, analyzing and reporting capability,
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business,
Advanced planning and organizing ability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing an end to end recruitment processes,
Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, referrals and networking to find active and passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow,
Conducting the interviews with candidates,
Coordinating short listed candidates’ interviews with HR and the related Department Managers,
Carrying out personality, language and competency tests,
Recruiting the best candidates fast and efficiently for the open positions during the project,
Maintain accurate, well-organized documentation & Provide regularly various recruiting reports to management.
