QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking, analyzing and reporting capability,
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business,
  • Advanced planning and organizing ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executing an end to end recruitment processes,
  • Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
  • Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising, referrals and networking to find active and passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow,
  • Conducting the interviews with candidates,
  • Coordinating short listed candidates’ interviews with HR and the related Department Managers,
  • Carrying out personality, language and competency tests,
  • Recruiting the best candidates fast and efficiently for the open positions during the project,
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized documentation & Provide regularly various recruiting reports to management.
