We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Specialist / Specialist who is eager to pursue a career mainly in Recruitment & Selection function of HR. The incumbent will also support Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Organizational Development functions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in related fields,
  • Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills on a business level.
  • Minimum two years of experience in recruiting is a must,
  • Experience in other functions of HR would be a great asset,
  • Previous pharma industry experience would be an advantage,
  • Experienced in competency-based interview techniques,
  • Preferably experienced in Assessment Center, Personality Inventory tools,
  • Experience in sourcing and building a pipeline of various roles and talents would be an asset,
  • Planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & manage well in an environment with competing demands with high customer orientation,
  • Excellent attention to details,
  • Proven capability & the ability to deliver results in collaboration with a highly engaged team in fast-changing environment,
  • Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude,
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).


Job Description:

  • Providing consultation to managers in identifying recruitment needs, attracting the right talent and managing recruitment,
  • Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle,
  • Job posting to career portals,
  • Initial contact with candidates including phone interviews when required,
  • Setting interviews with candidates,
  • Managing KVKK (Personal Data Protection Authority) approval processes,
  • Perform behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews,
  • Implementing personality inventories, language tests,
  • Coordinate and arrange subsequent interviews with HR Manager,
  • Managing reference check process,
  • Drafting offer letters,
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
  • Managing the recruitment database,
  • Organizing and follow-up onboarding activities for newcomers,
  • Works closely with HR Manager and provide support in various HR projects
  • Taking an active role in Performance Management process,
  • Supporting and implementing Organizational Development processes and projects,
  • Active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, and employer branding processes,
  • Supporting HR Manager on training need analysis, designing and developing training and development programs, measurement of training effectiveness,
  • Organizing and managing internal orientation trainings,
  • Supporting HR Manager on Purchasing Order creation, Service Agreement reviews and third-party management.
