BA in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field;
1 year of experience as a HR Generalist / Specialist;
Exposure to wide HR areas (employee relations, engagement, retention etc);
Knowledge of employment legislation;
Proven, strong people relations proficiency;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint;
Your day in Conectys:
You will translate business requirements into effective HR practices across the location in accordance with business objectives;
You will work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders, colleagues and peers for provided the expected HR expertise support;
You will deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management challenges and topics;
You will build and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders by initiating and maintaining regular interactions and acting as a trusted HR partner;
You will manages employee relation activities and acts as HR SPOCs for allocated processes;
You will involve Talent Management including internal recruitment & selection (lateral movements & promotions), performance management, career development etc.;
You will coordinate Employee Engagement programs implementation and attrition management programs which to facilitate employees retention;
