GENEL NİTELİKLER

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all recruitment processes and sourcing-needs, (coordinate recruiting process properly, run interviews),
  • Manage the orientation&induction plan and onboarding process of all new hires,
  • Assist and participate in HR practices such as performance management, talent management, training,
  • Provide data reporting & analytics support to HR Manager in need,
  • Participation in the creation of the personnel cost budget, forecasts and statistics,
  • Support the implementation of employer branding strategy, employee engagement plans,
  • Support both the internal and external communication activities (annual meetings, internal communication activities, etc.),
  • Responsible for employee well-being and for keeping health and safety environment in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Advisor,
  • Support monthly payroll and HR related reporting processes in need,
  • Provide support to all other HR related projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in HR as a Generalist preferably in multinational companies,
  • Advanced level of MS Office programs (especially on Excel, Power Point),
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical manner,
  • Problem solving skills and positive attitude,
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
